Ordering
Can I order a single unit for evaluation?
Yes. Minimum order quantity is one on every catalogue item. Samples ship from stock within 48 hours; the same part numbers stay available at volume, so nothing changes when you move to production.
How do I get bulk pricing?
Add the items to your quote list and send it over with quantities, destination and timeline. Quoted pricing depends on all three, so the list prices you see here are a starting point, not the final number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) today. Card and PayPal are being added — if you need them now, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange an alternative.
Shipping & customs
Where do you ship?
Worldwide via LIMROX EXPRESS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Who handles duties and import VAT?
Shipments go out DAP by default: duties and import taxes are payable by the consignee. We can quote DDP if you prefer a landed cost — ask when you request pricing.
Do you provide CE / FCC / RoHS documentation?
Yes, for every product that carries the mark. Declarations and test reports are available on request and can be included with the shipment.
Technical
What operating systems and BSPs are supported?
Yocto and Debian images are published for the compute products, with full schematics and BOM. Camera modules ship with Linux drivers, a calibration tool and example models.
How long will a part stay available?
Compute and sensor products carry a seven-year supply commitment from launch. Discontinuation notices go out twelve months ahead with a last-time-buy window.
Can you customise hardware?
Yes — lens options, connector changes, housings, firmware and carrier boards. Send the requirement through the contact form and an FAE will scope it with you.
After sales
What does the warranty cover?
Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, water ingress or physical modification.
How do returns work?
Unopened stock items can be returned within 30 days. Start the process from the contact form with your order number — see the return policy for the full terms.
