Evaluation and sample orders
Unopened evaluation units can be returned within [14/30] days of delivery for a refund of the goods value. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misdescribed.
Faulty on arrival
Tell us within [7] days of delivery with the order number, photos and a short description of the fault. If the unit is confirmed faulty we replace it and cover shipping both ways.
Warranty returns
Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects. Request an RMA number before shipping anything back — parcels arriving without one cannot be matched to an order. Excluded: damage from incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, ingress, physical modification, or firmware flashed outside the supported toolchain.
Custom and bulk orders
Items built or configured to your specification, and orders above [quantity], are not covered by the evaluation return window. Terms for these are set in the quotation.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected, normally within [10] business days. Bank transfer refunds are returned to the originating account only.
How to start a return
Send your order number and the reason to our support team. You will get an RMA number and the return address by email.
