Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Orders. Name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the contents of the order. Needed to perform the contract and to meet customs and tax obligations.
- Quote requests and messages. What you enter in the quote list or contact form, so an engineer can answer you.
- Account. Your email, password hash and order history, if you choose to create an account.
- Server logs. IP address, user agent and requested URL, kept short-term to keep the site secure and working.
Who else sees it
Payment providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers receive what they need to do their part of the job, and nothing more. [List the actual processors once the payment gateway and shipping partners are chosen — a named list is required, “third parties” is not sufficient.]
How long we keep it
[Retention periods per category. Commercial and tax records usually have a statutory minimum; quote requests and marketing consent do not and should be shorter.]
Your rights
